Gary Ellis is a Senior Sales Executive for Celerant Technology, working primarily with firearms dealers and ranges. Gary has spent over 30 years working with retail technology- starting with NCR in 1980 as a Systems Analyst; and developed his own software company – A&E Retail Management in 1987. A&E was acquired by Celerant in late 2004, and was hired by the company due to his knowledge of technology, sales and the firearms retail industry. Gary is based out of Central Oklahoma.

As a Senior Sales Executive, Tom is passionate in helping retailers run their businesses more effectively through technology. Tom provides demonstrations of Celerant’s innovative software to both new prospects as well as to an active client base of over 100 retailers. With a wide range of knowledge in all retail markets- including apparel, footwear, sporting goods, specialty and more- Tom’s expertise is within the hunting/outdoor space. He brings years of experience in the firearms market to introduce new technology to dealers, enabling them to automate all aspects of their business, both in store and online.
After serving 4 years in the U.S. Navy, Tom worked as a contractor for the U.S. Airforce on the Presidential Aircraft Fleet on Andrews AFB, resulting with a diverse and highly skilled background. Tom graduated Everglades University with a degree in Aviation Engineering.
Hobbies: Sports, coaching ice hockey and playing golf. He also enjoys family time with his wife, two sons, and his dog, Brody.

As Senior Account Executive, Ray Wener is responsible for managing many aspects of Celerant Technology’s strategic revenue growth from both new and existing business. Ray brings more than 12 years of sales and sales management experience in the retail technology space; and has an extensive hospitality management and consulting background. He has comprehensive background in reporting and analytics, including advanced tools such as data-mining and data warehousing.
Wener attended the University of Maryland, and enjoys spending time with his family in Denver, CO surrounded by mountains, biking, and skiing.

Mike Er is the Sales Manager for Celerant Technology, and is well-versed in retail and technology. With an extensive background in sales from various multi-national and Fortune 500 companies including: JPMorgan Chase Bank, Johnson & Johnson, Google and TSYS, Mike has helped many companies exceed revenue targets while improving the sales experience for both customers and sales reps.
Education: Mike has a B.S. in Software Engineering and a MBA in International Business. He lives by the words “Success is a journey, not a destination.
Vice President & CTO, Celerant Technology
Robert Goldman, Vice President and CTO of Celerant Technology, is an expert software engineer with extensive knowledge of software development, programming, and product research and development (R&D). He co-founded Celerant Technology in 1999 with his brother and Celerant CEO, Ian Goldman, in order to offer the most efficient form of inventory management and POS systems for the retail industry. Goldman’s extensive experience and expertise in the industry, has allowed exponential growth for Celerant in the retail technology industry.
Prior to Celerant Technology, Robert Goldman served as senior technician and technical writer at Goldman Marcus, specializing in developing key software for small retail businesses. Goldman has a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art. He was also a member of Chi Epsilon, the renowned civil engineering honor society. In his spare time, Goldman enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters.

Tandy started his career at CAM Commerce, a subsidiary of Celerant, in 2007 as an Implementation Manager & Training Expert; and later joined Celerant in 2013. Tandy brings over 11 years of experience working with retailers in a vast variety of roles, including technical support, beta program management, escalated customer management, software training, project management, and implementation. Since joining Celerant, he has successfully implemented all Celerant and CAM Commerce product lines for a wide variety of retail industries (firearms, sporting goods, outdoor gear, pharmacy, footwear & apparel, urban wear, country store, ski shops, and more), and ranging in size ranging from single store retailers to well over 100 store corporations.

Prior to 1999, Dianna was in the retail industry for 20 years, working several different verticals including fashion, furniture, hardware, paint, and decorating stores. Widely recognized for his talents as a retail educator, Mr. Erickson has conducted seminars and workshops to retail trade shows and conferences throughout North America, Europe and Asia. He has been featured in Fortune Magazine, Women’s Wear Daily, MR Magazine and on the CBS Evening News.

Michele holds a Bachelor’s degree in business with a dual concentration in marketing and management from the City University of New York; graduating Cum Laude. When she’s not building Celerant’s brand, Michele enjoys raising her young triplets, a newborn and traveling.

Ian Goldman, President and CEO of Celerant Technology, is an expert software engineer and entrepreneur with extensive knowledge of Point of Sale systems, CRM, and inventory management. He co-founded Celerant Technology in 1999 with the goal of offering the most efficient and scalable turnkey POS platform to retailers that simplifies operations by integrating all aspects of management into a singular solution. The core of Goldman’s philosophy in running the company is that any edge in the retail environment can help drive traffic to a storefront, generate more revenue and develop positive customer experiences. With Goldman at the helm, Celerant has grown exponentially, and become an industry leader in retail technology.
Prior to Celerant Technology, Goldman was the co-founder of Goldman Marcus – specializing in software solutions for small retailers. Goldman designed and developed software that is now utilized by many retailers throughout the nation. Goldman also served as a software engineer for Downstate Medical Center and Neuro-Imaging Research Corporation, where he designed complex neurological software for health-care.
